Job Description Job Title: Receptionist Job Description The receptionist will be responsible for providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all new and existing customers. They will handle incoming calls, forward them to the relevant departments, and assist with any inquiries. In addition, the receptionist will be responsible for making stock orders, organizing installations, replying to emails, checking invoices, and adding or verifying information on the CRM system.
