An exciting opportunity available for a Service Controller / Assistant Service Manager to join an established team. Working on a full-time, permanent basis, the successful candidate will be working out of the office in Oldbury. You will act as a key member of the team by keeping our client's equipment services and repairs scheduled.
Details of Role
1. Management and Motivation of Staff.
2. Development of customer base.
3. Working to budgets.
4. Organise engineers working day.
5. Pre-book engineers work in advance.
6. Progress service and workshop engineers jobs.
7. Deal with customer liaison enquiries.
8. Prepare and progress repair quotations.
9. Order and process parts.
10. Process hire enquiries and maintain records.
11. General service department administration.

Hours
8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week, office based
Salary
£26k - £32k depending on experience
