Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood - Accessories Product Development - 13 Month Placement (July 2025)
We are looking for a confident and eager to learn individual to join our Ownership Services Product team, responsible for all accessories and products retailed in the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars aftermarket. This involves gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with our Engineering, Purchasing, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Our current accessory products include a Rolls-Royce Champagne Chest, our Rolls-Royce Luggage Collection, a Rolls-Royce 1:8 Scale Replica Model Car, a Rolls-Royce Bicycle Carrier, Rolls-Royce Headphones, and a Rolls-Royce Hosting Service.
Our focus is currently directed on long-term strategic planning that falls in line with the direction of the wider organisation. There is also a desire to continue to push the boundaries of imagination and innovation to meet the ever-growing expectations of our valued customers, something you will be a key and valued member of delivering.
We continuously work on improving processes and supporting our various stakeholders in launching our products in the desired timeframe. You will also be welcome to implement your own ideas and improvements to shape future of the Accessories Product team.

What awaits you?
1. Researching, investigating and generating new accessory concepts, formalising them with project briefs.
2. Support the product team with product/market research and present your findings
3. Evaluating sales reports of existing products to steer new product direction.
4. Creating and evolving business cases to steer project decisions.
5. Supporting the processing of bespoke and personalised dealer orders.
6. Liaising with the global regional teams and dealerships to ensure their product needs are considered in future ventures.
7. Supporting new accessory launches with marketing activities and dealership communications.
8. Supporting process improvements across the Ownership Services team.
Qualifications and Experience.
9. Studying towards a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Design, or a related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
10. Strong IT skills, including a high level of competency across the Microsoft Office suite – with specific experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
11. Ability to prioritise, ensuring deadlines are met through effective time management.
12. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with the ability to present information back to key stakeholders.
13. An affinity to product design and market research
14. An interest in researching new accessories that would support our current product portfolio, with the overall desire of improving processes.
15. A strong interest in working within a customer orientated environment.
16. Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
17. An ability to think creatively.
18. An ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
19. Motivation to work within an office environment.
20. A full UK driving license would be advantageous but is not essential.
