The Role and Candidate
The Loss Prevention Senior Executive plays a key role in minimising shrinkage, preventing theft, and ensuring asset protection across POP MART’s European operations. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this position focuses on executing loss prevention strategies, conducting audits, and training employees to uphold security standards.
Responsibilities
* Conduct regular store audits to identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with loss prevention policies
* Monitor and analyse shrinkage trends, providing insights and action plans to reduce losses
* Investigate theft, fraud, and operational losses, collaborating with law enforcement and internal teams as needed
* Assist in maintaining and monitoring store security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access controls
* Deliver training sessions to store employees on loss prevention best practices and incident response
* Support new store openings by assessing security risks and implementing preventative measures
* Maintain accurate records of loss prevention incidents, investigations, and resolutions
* Ensure compliance with company security policies and regional regulatory requirements
* Work closely with store teams to foster a strong culture of security awareness and accountability
* Assist in rolling out and enforcing company-wide loss prevention strategies
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in loss prevention, security, or asset protection in a retail environment
* Strong understanding of shrinkage control, fraud prevention, and security procedures
* Experience working with CCTV systems and security technologies
* Analytical skills to interpret data and identify risk patterns
* Excellent communication and training abilities to educate store teams
* Proficiency in English; additional European languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian) are a plus
Desirable but Not Essential
* Experience working across multiple European countries
* Familiarity with designer toy retail operations or pop culture trends
* Certifications in Loss Prevention or Security Management
