Our client is a rapidly expanding owner-managed group business based in Penrith.
They currently have a vacancy in their team for amercial Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting to themercial Manager and Development Director, you will be responsible for managing subcontractor information and payment procedures, which will integrate with other key departments such as technical and construction.
This is a pivotal role with a well regardedpany and will suit an experiencedmercial Administrator or someone with an eagerness to develop.
Your new role
This is a full-time role (40 hours).
1. You will assist in the execution of subcontractor payments.
2. You will keep accurate data records using a specialist database of certificates, payments, and orders.
3. All invoice queries to be assessed and where possible cleared or checked with QS/CM.
4. All subcontract AFP filing to bepleted correctly ready for assessment.
5. Administration of permits, licenses, and consents, including submissions of applications and renewals.
6. Liaising with the construction team to ensure correct documentation is submitted to the office in a timely manner.
7. Minute/action taking of core and ad-hoc meetings.
8. Liaison with Building regulations and warranty providers, includingpilation of documents and submission to relevant authorities.
What you'll need to succeed
9. Experience in a similar role.
10. Proficient knowledge and use of MS office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
11. Goodmunication skills and confidence with processes and terminology.
12. Confidence in dealing with a variety of stake holder including subcontractors, suppliers, local authorities etc.
