Job Title:
Senior Contract Procurement Specialist
About the Role:
Moston is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Procurement Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the financial performance of contracts and ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Oversee safety, health, environment, and quality requirements to ensure a safe workplace through risk management and proper procedures.
* Administer Permit to Work systems in line with client and company standards.
* Perform regular audits for legislative compliance and escalate issues as needed.
* Ensure maintenance and reactive tasks are completed and documented using CAFM systems.
* Maintain strong commercial understanding of client needs and deliverables.
* Foster positive collaboration with operational teams to drive performance and improvement initiatives.
* Attend monthly contract performance meetings and ensure actions are followed through.
Requirements:
* Full, clean driver's license.
* Recognized industry qualification in hard services.
* Experience managing TFM contracts within controlled environments.
* Familiarity with CAFM systems to manage engineering teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong client relationship skills.
