As a Redemptions Executive, you will deliver high levels of service to ensure that customer needs are met. You will record and process all redemption requests, ensuring that the calculations are provided within service level agreements.
As a Redemptions Executive, you will be:
1. Responsible for identifying and reporting any incidents of breaches of operational processes and policies.
2. Accurately calculating and processing redemption requests to deliver on agreed service level agreements.
3. Effectively validating and confirming financial transactions for applications onto customer ledgers.
4. Responsible for updating and amending customer account ledgers.
5. Presenting a professional image of the company to deliver a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
6. Constantly striving to improve the customer experience by challenging existing processes and practices and recommending changes where appropriate.
