As Chef de Partie, you'll work closely with our experienced sous chef and head chef, collaborating to create delicious dishes and maintain the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure cooking and production of food is done according to the Company standards and Statutory Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
2. Serve customers in the appropriate manner
3. Lead and provide food and beverages at service counters and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service periods
4. Ensure that the meals and services comply with the agreed budgetary standard and cost
5. Ensure your immediate working area is clean and tidy at all times
6. Assist with all aspects of cleanliness in the kitchen and catering areas
7. Ensure that all stores and other areas of potential loss are secured at all times
8. Carry out any reasonable management request
9. Receive and implement any training required
10. Assist at any special duties or functions which may fall outside of normal working hours
11. Report any customer complaints or compliments and take remedial action wherever possible
12. Attend meetings, courses and training sessions as may be necessary from time to time
13. Relieve and assist in other areas within the unit or other ISS sites as and when required
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
14. Previous catering experience required
15. Clean and well presented
16. Pleasant and engaging team member
17. Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
18. Previous food service experience
19. COSHH and Manual handling
20. Good communicator
