In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth delivery of our training programmes across the business. With a basic salary of £23,809.50 plus company benefits and ongoing development opportunities why not apply today You will be responsible for maintaining accurate colleague training records, including trainee lists, schedules and attendance registers. You will be assisting with the booking of online and physical instructor-led training sessions. You will coordinate the distribution of training materials. You will be a main point of contact for delegates, vendors and colleagues in regards to all aspects of the training courses. As part of the role you will be required to track training-related invoices and ensure timely payments. Our ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive and collaborative approach to work. A working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Project Management experience is desirable but not essential.
