Applying paint, powder coating, or lacquer using appropriate techniques and equipment." Ensuring a smooth and even finish in line with product specifications." Quality checking finished items for consistency, colour match, and defect-free surfaces." Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.What We're Looking For" Proven experience in one or more of the following: paint spraying, powder coating, or lacquering (ideally on metal or high-end products)." Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finishes." Ability to work independently and as part of a team."
