* You will provide administrative support to the Regional Leadership Team (travel, expenses, diary & agenda management etc.), including to the Region UK & Ireland President
* Raise purchase orders, invoicing and cross-charging for the business
* You will run the administration for Pension Governance meetings
* Support quarterly Linde PLC board meetings, including weekend and overnight stopovers if required
* Manage administration of company cars including reallocations, transfer of vehicles and recording
* Furthermore, you will act as liaison between Linde and building landlord, providing updates, rolling out communications and reporting of issues
* Work with the building landlord to co-ordinate fire alarm and evacuation tests
* You will also manage service contracts held by Linde for the Linde area of the building

* You have strong knowledge of building and facilities management principles and practices
* Experience of working with contractors and third-party service providers
* In addition, you have an understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
* Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices
* Furthermore, you are highly professional, with high integrity and respect for confidentiality
* You have excellent teamwork skills, communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively and strong organizational and time management skills
* You enjoy working in an office environment, and will attend site 4 days a week
