**About The Team:** \n\nThis role of an operational excellence manager is to lead the operational excellence team to achieve improvements in organisational efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness by continuously improving operational processes, practices and skill to meet or exceed business objectives and customer expectations. The role inspires cross-functional leaders to seek continuous improvement and improve both people and process to advance the business. \n\n**What You Will Be Doing:** \n● Set an example of operational excellence and drive the culture of continuous improvement.

Coach and support individuals and departments in tools such as lean, problem solving and performance management to drive best practice \n● Design, monitor and report on project related KPIs, whilst adapting and implementing KPIs appropriately to achieve business goals.
