The HR Compliance Administrator (US), working with the HR & Compliance Officer US, will support the US Sales Team with all credentialing requirements to access medical facilities in the US. The role will maintain and coordinate the vendor credentialing systems used by the US Sales Team, this includes US pre-employment checks, in accordance with our regulatory requirements. Location & working pattern This role can be based either in the UK or Argentina, however, must align to the US operating hours and the contractual requirements of either country. Working pattern Monday to Friday, role based in Argentina 45 hrs, role based in the UK 35 hrs, working pattern aligned to US business. UK working hours will typically be 11 am until 7 pm, or 12 pm until 8 pm, with 1 day per week attendance at Keele UK office (9 am until 5 pm on this day). Role Overview: Support the credentialing of US Sales colleagues (new and existing) Coordinate and maintain a database with records and to be proactive for when renewals are due Coordinating with the employees in advance to ensure training, memberships, validations and vaccinations are up to date and actioned before expiration Supporting the team and arranging where needed training, clinical appointments and supporting documentation Liaising with external provides to ensure all employees can access the relevant hospital systems Purchase, assign and maintain all relevant HIPAA training Support with the Credentialing Induction to all new Sales employees when required First-line support for all vendor credentialing queries Update and maintain all vendor credentialing systems Write letters of attestation as and when needed Conduct audits and create reports from the data on the systems Filing all documentation electronically provided by the Sales team Assist with employee training on company policies and procedures Maintain and monitor credentialing compliance Updated the Certificate of Insurance annually across all systems Role Requirements: Degree in a business-related subject or other HR qualifications are desirable Experience of managing and coordinating data gained in an administration role. Fluency in English, both written and verbal Strong written and oral communication skills Highly organised with exceptional follow-up Proficiency in Microsoft e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently What do we offer?
