What You’ll Do
1. Support students 1:1 and in groups, providing tailored learning and therapeutic strategies.
2. Use creativity and compassion to help students overcome barriers and build resilience.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and therapy goals.
4. Celebrate every success and milestone, big or small!
What We’re Looking For
1. A passion for working with children and young people with complex needs.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour (because we believe joy is part of the journey!).
3. Some experience or training in SEN, SEMH, or therapeutic approaches is great – but what matters most is your commitment to making a difference.
