What will a day in the life of a Service Coordinator entail ? You will manage a small team of staff and volunteers ensuring the people who need us receive the best possible service. You will meet with our service users and assess their needs, guiding or signposting them to connect with groups or to manage a health condition. You'll enable them to lead independent lives and improve their wellbeing. You will liaise with partnership agencies to promote the service and build meaningful links. You will produce and maintain monthly reports. What do you need to be a successful Service Coordinator? Do you have strong leadership skills and a knack to get the best out of people? Are you a good communicator? Do you have knowledge of Health and Social Care services? Do you have a manual UK driving licence, held for minimum of two years, and access to a vehicle?
