What you’ll get to do: Accounts Transactional Support: Various consolidated Billing processing Other Accounts Duties as required: Bank and Cash Account reconciliations Intercompany Journal for manual invoices Prepayments Accruals – Cash Transactions HESL fixed assets Central costs accrual Rent Review Repairs and Maintenance Opex / Capex review Assets & Depreciation Posting Bank Payments Ad hoc duties to assist the Finance Team What we’re looking for from you: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including v-look up and pivot table standard Minimum 2 months experience as an accounts assistant AAT full or part qualified Knowledge of SAGE Intacct preferred Why work for us?
