Location: Stratford, London Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office)

We are searching for a Martech Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in leading and managing the digital and data-led transformation of our Martech estate. Your impact will be to help us get the most out of our current estate while shaping and defining the future and long-term product needs of our Martech products.
What will I be doing?
* Leading and motivating your teams, defining culture, acting as a role model, and setting high professional standards for performance and behaviour.
* Leading the implementation of Cancer Research UK’s marketing technology transformation.
* Defining and ensuring high-quality delivery of product outcomes across our marketing technology transformation.
* Managing and being accountable for the Martech budget.
* Influencing others effectively and building internal networks for collaboration.
* Ensuring adherence to all relevant governance across our Martech estate.
What skills will I need?
* An experienced Martech leader with experience in shaping culture, building teams, and leading through change in large organisations.
* A successful track record of managing marketing technology.
* Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
* Implemented robust information security and data protection controls.
