Key Responsibilities:
General Ledger (Essential)
* Manage expense cost allocation journals
* Handle weekly payroll cost allocation journals
* Process credit card cost journals on the general ledger
* Provide information to external auditors
* Perform ad hoc administrative duties
Bank (Essential)
* Conduct daily bank reconciliations and report to the Group
* Reconcile bank statements weekly
* Consolidate Group cash flow forecasts
Purchase Ledger (Preferred)
* Process purchase invoices
* Set up new supplier accounts
* Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries
* Manage weekly payment of suppliers
Experience and Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Excel (essential)
* Familiarity with Word (preferred)
* Experience with software systems such as Coins (preferable) or equivalent
* AAT qualification
What We Offer:
* Salary of £28,000
* 37.5 hours per week
