This is a full-time position commencing as soon as possible. About the job role: Assist the class teacher with the planning and preparation of lessons in line with the National Curriculum. Provide regular and consistent feedback on pupil progress and work with the class teacher to set appropriate targets that challenge and motivate learners. Establish good rapport with pupils to be able to support their social and emotional needs effectively. Contribute to classroom behaviour management using effective behaviour strategies. Contribute to the ethos of the school. £1670 - £1800 per month, dependent on relevant skills and qualifications. This secondary school is larger than the average, with approximately 1000 students on roll.
