If you join as a Service Management Consultant in our Cloud Infrastructure Service (CIS) practice you will be part of a team assisting the lead or working independently designing, developing and implementing deliverables, conducting research and performing analysis.
The Service Management Consultant focuses on a number of the ITIL Service Management lifecycle stages and its processes within an outsourcing bid or an implementation. You would be responsible for various aspects of the delivery.
Your skills and experience
We’re looking for Service Management Consultants that aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You should learn quickly and love a challenge.
* Knowledge of SIAM implementation and transformation.
* Knowledge of ISO20000, AI Ops, Cloud, SACM, Digital Service Management and Digital Adoption.
* Knowledge of IT service management tool suites including those provided by ServiceNow.
* Operational management/service delivery experience (customer and/or outsourcing environment)
* Experience of development of core service management processes and reporting, aligned to the ServiceNow and other service management tool suites.
Eligibility checks
