Job summary We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a motivated IT assistant to join our expanding and dynamic team. The practice is continually evolving digitally, and the main responsibilities of the post-holder will be to assist the IT Lead in maintaining the day-to-day running of the practice and its IT Systems, working in accordance with the practices protocols and policies. This role will be varied, ranging from providing first line support to all our system users, to completing daily system tasks. As an ideal candidate: You will have experience in General Practice or in a healthcare environment. Speed and accuracy of work is essential. You must be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills. You will be required to work across all sites. You will have protocols to guide you and will receive full training and support from the IT Lead, Deputy Operations Manager and your colleagues.
