As the QC Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements, as well as driving efficiency, performance, and safety within the laboratories. This role will require the successful candidate to work from our Manufacturing Site in Folkestone 5 days per week, managing teams working 7x12hrs shift. Key Responsibilities Drive Safety and Quality culture within the Quality Control Laboratories Manage all activities of Quality Laboratories and Analytical Services Collect and analyze data to drive continuous improvement Prepare technical reports and maintain compliance with standards Manage non-compliant testing program and optimize resources Train and develop employees for career growth and to maintain high performing team Collaborate with R&D for laboratory testing of new/existing products Required Experience & Skills Proven experience in Quality Control (FMCG, Medical Devices) Proven experience in personnel supervision Knowledge of GMP, ISO22716 and ISO3485 Experience and knowledge of continuous improvement activities and relevant tools Proven experience in root cause analysis and CAPA Experience in data analysis with meticulous attention to detail and review for effective communication to management teams. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Strong team-building, mentoring, and coaching abilities. Ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and understandable manner to a diverse audience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, demonstrating both leadership and teamwork.
