Role Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Oxford, UK
Bonus: 10%
Reports To: General Manager
Team Size: 3
Start Date: May 2025
Role Summary:
Lead and manage all hotel maintenance, ensuring safety, upkeep, and a seamless guest experience. You'll inspire your team, oversee budgets, manage contractors, and maintain regulatory compliance, while upholding high standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all hotel maintenance and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
* Manage and train the maintenance team.
* Control budgets and stock levels.
* Coordinate with contractors and manage projects.
* Contribute to energy conservation efforts.
* Maintain accurate records and implement PPM schedules.
* Participate in crisis and fire teams.
* Deliver excellent customer service and manage guest requests.
* Undertake Duty Manager responsibilities.
