We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Retail Allocator to join our team. Reporting to the Merchandiser, the Allocator will play a crucial role in product distribution across various channels throughout the business whilst supporting the team with admin duties and stock management for our footwear product line across the DTC & B2B channels. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do:
* Allocate stock efficiently to maximise store sales and requirements.
* Assist the Merchandising team with the management of intake across all channels.
* Update stock targets for individual stores and locations.
* Assist in monitoring sales performance and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Provide regular product reporting for the DTC & B2B channels.
* Manage stock allocations for both the retail and Market Place channels, collaborating with the Retail and Market Place leads.
* Support the Merchandising team in leveraging data and analytics.
* Assist in other merchandising-related tasks and projects as needed.
The experience you need:
* Previous experience in a similar role in retail, within the footwear or fashion industry.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
