Interim HR Manager - Three month temporary assignment with potential to extend Location: Milton Park, Oxfordshire (2 days in the office) Pay rate: £26.00-£29.00 per hour, PAYE via Reed Duration: Three months initially Reed HR are pleased to be partnering with a highly innovative organisation as they seek an Interim HR Manager for a period of three months. You will be responsible for managing day to day HR operations, working within a team of three. The position will involve the following responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational objectives. Provide insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design. Analyse HR metrics to develop proactive solutions for talent acquisition and organisational development. Act as a change agent to support business transformation and continuous improvement. Employee Relations (ER) Support: Advise on complex employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies. Foster a positive employee experience through trust, engagement, and open communication. Training & Development: Support career development plans and succession planning. Facilitate performance management processes. Identify training needs and implement tailored training programs. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with UK employment law, including right-to-work regulations and GDPR. Update policies to reflect legislative changes. Educate managers and employees on HR policies. Workforce Planning & Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and retain talent. Support workforce planning initiatives. Champion inclusive recruitment practices. General HR Support: Partner with global HR team members on company-wide initiatives. Act as a liaison between employees and HR functions. Skills, Experience, and Education Requirements: CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification or equivalent experience. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager within an SME environment. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
