My client has recently become independent and are a super exciting project. They are looking to grow and expand their business, allowing for their employees to grow with them both personally and professionally.
The duties and responsibilities of the Front Office Manager are:
1. Overseeing all front office functions and staff
2. Managing the concierge, switchboard operations, guest services,front desk, night audit (as applicable)
3. Directing and collaborating with managers and team members to:
4. Execute all front office operations successfully.
5. Oversee guest arrival and departure procedures.
6. Striving to continually improve guest and staff satisfaction.
7. Aiming to maximise the financial performance of the department
The ideal Front Office Manager will have:
8. Previous experience in a Front Office management position
9. Strong leadership skills
10. Excellent communication abilities Customer service focus
11. Problem-solving skills
12. Ability to multitask
Salary: £32,000 -34,700 per annum
