We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our Rheumatology Team
As the Band 3 administrator you will provide administrative and secretarial support to prepare prescriptions for homecare, monitor the nurses advice line, support with shared care agreements, processing of nurses clinic letters contact with patients, liaising with GP surgeries and external homecare providers and develop with the service, under the guidance of the specialist nurses.
Evidence of good general education to GSCE Grace C (4) or above, including Maths & English, NVQ Level 3/4 in Business Administration, Customer Service, Healthcare Support Services or equivalent qualification
If you have an ability to work calmly under pressure and feel you meet the following requirements: -
· A good communicator and enjoy meeting people.
· Previous secretarial experience of working in a busy office environment
· Possess a polite and caring manner.
· Have a good sense of humour.
· Able to prioritise own workload.
· If you are computer literate
