We are looking to recruit an experienced individual to join our established team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing costs and ensuring the financial viability of our projects. You will be responsible for all aspects of cost management, from initial estimates through to final accounts. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress and financial performance, ensuring alignment with budgets.
2. Tender Documentation: Preparing tender documents and managing the procurement process for contractors and suppliers.
3. Stakeholder Liaison: Communicating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met effectively.
4. Risk Assessment: Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex data and financial information to make informed decisions.

3. Project Management: Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cost management software and tools relevant to quantity surveying.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
