Manpower are looking for a highly experienced Customer Service Representative to work for our client based in Leominster.
Job Details:
Monday - Friday
£13.50 per hour
10am - 3pm (minimum of 20 hours a week)
Part Time (temporary for 3 months minimum)
Fully remote (must live within a 40 mile radius of Leominster)
Day to Day Tasks:
1. Respond to customer communications or queries and resolve any issues, including the provision of information such as price & availability of stock, product information, delivery information, and account information.
2. Communicate with customers regarding their requirements such as lead time, site contact details, and scheduled delivery days.
3. Use the company's CRM system to manage all day-to-day contact and project activity.
4. Maintain and develop day-to-day and strategic information in all of the company's systems.
5. Work with all relevant staff members to target 100% accuracy in all key communications such as sensitive subjects or mass mailings.
6. Assist other staff members in tasks where they need to communicate information to the customers.
7. Deal with complaints from customers regarding delays, lost or damaged items, picking errors, and manufacturing faults.
8. Distribute internally non-compliance reports to detail complaints and their subsequent actions.
9. Actively seek to increase the company's sales with proactive outbound relationship management and product awareness broadcasts.
10. Assist the accounts department in certain aspects of credit control.
11. Prepare and distribute reports monthly in relation to sales figures, trends, and notable changes such as customers gained and lost.
Requirements:
1. 4+ years of customer service/administrative/business background.
2. Strong reading and writing skills.
3. Data input accuracy to 995 out of 1000 keystrokes.
4. SAP, Sage, Quickbooks, or Xero experience required, or alternatively, experience with a highly integrated bespoke ERP system.
5. Ability to manage own workload and work independently.
6. Going above and beyond to support the business.
7. Tasks are office-based, and travel will be minimal; however, in certain cases, it may be mutually beneficial to visit customers, suppliers, and the warehouse.
8. Must have a home workstation big enough for 2 monitors, a desk phone, headset with docking station, keyboard, and mouse (provided and installed by our client).
