My client are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled 1st & 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their innovative and supportive team.
This full-time, office-based role offers a diverse range of tasks and challenges, allowing you to work with clients from various sectors, including healthcare, law firms, and more. As a key member of the team, you’ll provide essential remote support using PSA, RMM tools, and telephone-based troubleshooting to ensure seamless IT operations.
What You’ll Do:
* Deliver top-tier support to clients, resolving issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining clear and professional communication.
* Take ownership of issues from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful resolutions for clients.
