CSG Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a well established organisation on the outskirts of Ipswich. Together, we are seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.
This exciting opportunity will allow the Purchasing Administrator to work a busy and varied role alongside an experienced and hard-working team.
Job Duties
1. Managing purchase orders by creating, processing, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
2. Liaising and speaking with suppliers, resolving any queries and ensuring to give the best terms and pricing.
3. Monitor and oversee stock levels.
4. Accurately input purchase orders and supplier information on system.
Candidate Attributes
1. Previous experience within a Purchasing role would be beneficial.
2. Great organisational skills and strong administration skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload.
5. Good IT knowledge.
