We are looking for an effective and experienced Senior Credit Control Officer with a proven track record, to join our busy Credit Control department. This role will involve working as part of a close-knit team to ensure all revenue is collected on time. You will be responsible for providing support with the day-to-day management and leadership of the Credit Control team and its processes.
Please note that this role is office based in Bournemouth.

11. Previous experience in a Collections/Credit Control role including exposure/experience with the litigation process.
12. Leadership skills/prior experience leading a team.

16. The ability to be self-motivated and to motivate others.
17. Strong verbal and written communication.

What would I be doing as a Senior Credit Control Officer?
19. Pursuing customers via telephone, email and letter to process card payments, sending suspension/cease notices and organising payment plans.
20. Suspension and ceasing of services for continued non-payment.
21. Reviewing accounts, preparing files to send across to our solicitors and responding to Defences.
22. Updating and maintaining legal reports for senior stakeholders.
23. Attending quarterly meetings alongside the Credit Control Operations Manager and Head of Billing & Credit Control to discuss the case files with our Solicitors and answer any queries regarding them.
24. Leading by example to achieve optimum output and being an escalation point for the rest of the team.
