Role: Campaign Coordinator Key Responsibilities Working alongside the Partnership Agents and Senior Project Managers to assist with various day-to-day tasks and long-term operational planning and delivery of all influencer campaigns - Manage production and campaign administration for talent (e.g. booking accommodation, travel, contracts, etc.) - Create briefs for upcoming brand collaborations - Creating reports for executed collaborations to send to clients, showing content, metrics and analytics - Keep track of all content posted daily from DIA talents - Maintain internal systems and ensure all correct information and details - Represent DIA with a polished, strategic, and professional approach - Assist Partnership Agents and Managers with the execution of campaigns Additional The correct candidate much have strong communication and relationship-building skills. Be excellent at problem solving, and have an ability to prioritise work load. We are blessed to work in a wonderful and fast past industry, so we need people who can handle difficult and high-pressure situations with a calm and mature approach. You will be able to build relationships built across the business, with models, talent and with clients so it is importantly that you are able to demonstrate a consistent enthusiastic approach to work.
