Experienced HR Business Partner sought to support the wider HR team and partner with various stakeholders, advising and coaching on generalist HR duties, including Employee Relations case work, HR MI, and Change Management.
Key responsibilities include day-to-day HR operational issues, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, managing case work, and providing proactive and professional HR advice on people issues.
Key requirements include experience as a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor, confidence in dealing with complex Employee Relations casework, up-to-date knowledge of current Employment Law Legislation, and CIPD qualifications.
A strong communicator with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider HR team is required.

Salary £39,000 - £42,500 plus exceptional benefits, including a generous employee pension contribution and annual leave policy.
