They are looking for an HR Manager to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis, contributing to and continuing the improvements that have been made across the department over recent years.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Providing advice and support to colleagues on all aspects of HR and Payroll.
2. Documenting and reporting on employee relation cases proactively and effectively.
3. Documenting long-term Sickness Absence, Maternity, and Paternity.
4. Providing reports to the Senior Executive Team (SET) on Sickness Absence, Disciplinary, Grievance, Retention, and Attrition.
5. Managing all aspects of the Recruitment process, including support for the advertisement of vacancies, sifting of applicants, screening, and organizing interviews.
6. Managing all employee data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. A high level of HR experience.
2. Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
3. Good commercial awareness.
4. Full UK driving license.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. CPD or willingness to undertake CIPD qualification (Study support can be funded if required).
