Adventure Beyond is recruiting qualified paddlesport and outdoor activities instructors for the 2024 season. We are based primarily on the West coast of Wales utilising the varied and beautiful, wildlife-rich and Instagram-worthy Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire & Ceredigion areas.
We are recruiting both full time and part time freelance staff with a salary based on the real living wage from £25,000 and upwards per annum, pro rata (depending upon qualifications and experience). Possibility of a house or caravan to live in.
Minimum Qualifications: Driving, Sea kayaking and/or canoe qualifications are essential for the full time post.
We’re looking for fun, friendly, motivated, flexible, adaptable and committed staff who can work on their own initiative, have a zest for life and are up to the challenge of working and leading in a fast paced, action packed environment.
We’re a fun and friendly family run company started in 1997, providing incredible adventures across West Wales & the UK. We have mixed clientele from families to schools, organisations, clubs, military and corporate groups along with regular film and TV contracts.
With a sense of adventure being at the heart of the company we also run a fair number of DofE expeditions so the ideal person would enjoy some travel away for both paddling and walking expeditions.
We have families and groups who come back to experience our adventures year after year as people know that we’ll give them the full package plus more! Our online reviews speak for themselves and we have again been awarded a 5 star Tripadvisor Travellers Choice Award for our customer experience. If you’re someone who strives to smash goals and aims to exceed our high standards and customer expectations then we’d love to hear from you!
