Position
The School is seeking to recruit a TLR1 Phase Leader, who will be accountable for the educational progress of learners within a designated phase.
The successful applicant will have:
* Experience as a member of a leadership team in a school covering the primary age range.
* Experience of leading a curriculum subject with excellent, up to date knowledge and understanding.
* A thorough understanding of the needs of pupils from EYFS to Key Stage 2. A good, up to date working knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning.

* 20 minute CPD session at Kingston Park Primary School. You will be required to deliver a CPD Session to 6 – 8 members of staff based around the following area: ‘Every interaction counts enhancing early education through adult engagement.’
* Week beginning 14th April Final shortlisted candidates invited for interview.
* Interviews to be held at Kingston Park Primary School 28th – 2nd May.
