Morgan Hunt are working with a private provider who are recruiting for an MIS/Leaner Engagement Coordinator. This is a full time permanent role based on site (5 days per week) in North West London. The salary for this role is paying up to £35, for the right candidate plus travel allowance. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in engaging post-16 learners from enrolment to certification. The candidate for this role should also have knowledge of funding streams preferable ESFA as well as having used PICS system however other system experience will be accepted and full training provided.
The MIS/Learner Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for:
1. Managing information and ensuring compliance meeting regulatory standards
2. Engaging with learners from enrolment to processing certificates
3. Ensuring learners are eligible for funding by checking documentation
4. Engaging with employers to ensure smooth learner study
5. Keeping up to date with funding changes and applying to learner paperwork
The MIS/Learner Engagement Coordinator will need to have:
6. Experience in using an MIS system within Further Education ideally PICS
7. Demonstrated knowledge of post-16 funding preferably ESFA
8. Learner engagement skills
9. The willingness to learn new systems
10. The ability to be on site 5 days per week
