Job Purpose: As the IPS Employment Service Team Leader, you will lead a dynamic team of IPS Employment Specialists, guiding them to deliver high-quality employment support. You will also maintain a small caseload of clients with complex barriers, ensuring knowledge sharing and effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of IPS Employment Specialists to achieve individual and team targets. Maintain a small caseload and share insights with your team. Collaborate with the Employment Service Manager to implement new initiatives and service developments. Foster relationships with treatment teams, employers, and external partners to enhance service delivery. Provide supervision and appraisals in line with organisational policies. Advocate for clients with employers to find suitable employment solutions. What We're Looking For Essential Experience: Significant experience in managing and supervising a team. Proven track record of supporting individuals with mental health challenges. Experience working with various employers to create job opportunities. Essential Skills: Excellent mentoring and coaching capabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of employment law, disability-related benefits, and the Equality Act 2010. Ability to negotiate effectively and manage boundaries within a team. Qualifications: Educated to degree level or equivalent (Desirable). Why Join Us?
