Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
1. Represent business needs from an IT perspective during requirements preparation and validation.
2. Ensure tool designs align with business vision, processes, and operations.
3. Lead the assigned IT Process Area, making process-related decisions in collaboration with the BA Operations Team.
4. Validate that IT solutions meet key business drivers.
5. Collaborate with SGS IT Business Analysts to clarify and communicate requirements.
6. Support program development, including all relevant interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
7. Scope Definition: Serve as the main liaison between business and IT, translating operational processes into detailed User Stories.
8. Process & Operations: Build and validate requirements with stakeholders, ensure traceability from definition through to testing, and participate in design workshops.
9. Design: Provide input during design workshops, ensure solutions meet end-user needs, and maintain compliance with business requirements.
10. Testing: Develop test cases and scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and consolidate feedback for continuous improvement.
11. Go-Live & Support: Prepare eLearning materials, create user manuals, promote system adoption, and support change management initiatives.

Qualifications
Profile Requirements
12. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
13. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business process management or a similar role.
14. Proven leadership experience in IT process areas with cross-functional team collaboration.
15. Background in Certification Operations within Business Assurance.
16. Strong expertise in requirement gathering, validation, and business process compliance.
