As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and nurturing environment for our students. You will work closely with teachers to support children’s learning, both in groups and on an individual basis, ensuring that each child’s needs are met to help them achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities of a Primary teaching assistant: Assist the class teacher with delivering lessons. Support individual students and small groups, both inside and outside of the classroom. Help children with special educational needs, ensuring they are fully integrated and supported. Manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning attitudes. Contribute to the general welfare and safeguarding of students. We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in a school setting. Is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is proactive, flexible, and able to work as part of a team.
