We are looking for a dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity to support and inspire children with additional needs, helping them reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Your Role: Provide one-to-one and group support to children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties). Assist with individual learning plans (IEPs) to support academic and emotional development. Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Help children build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children (previous SEN experience is a plus, but not essential). A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learning. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification) is desirable but not required passion and dedication matter most We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
