The Role
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. Working in a hybrid model from the London office, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver cutting-edge functionality and seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and configurations.
* Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Build and maintain Lightning components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and custom objects.
* Ensure high-quality code through best practices, testing, and version control.
* Monitor and optimise system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates, applying them to ongoing projects.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).
* Experience working within the retail sector is desirable but not essential.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
