Registered Manager – Lead, Inspire & Make a Difference in Exeter!

Altogether Care is expanding across South Devon growing our established business with an additional exciting new Rapid Support reablement service – and we’re looking for a passionate, experienced Registered Manager to lead it.

About You:
You’re not just looking for a job – you want to make a difference. You’ve managed domiciliary care services, understand CQC standards, and are either working towards or already hold your Level 5 in Leadership & Management. You’re driven, client-focused, and ready to shape a new team and service from the ground up.

About The Role
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC and company standards
* Deliver person-centred care tailored to each client’s needs
* Lead, develop, and support your care team
* Build strong relationships with commissioners and community partners
* Promote the service and contribute to its growth and success

What You’ll Need:
* Level 5 Diploma (or working towards it)
* Proven leadership experience in domiciliary care
* Strong knowledge of CQC fundamentals
* Passion for community care and client wellbeing
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* A Can-Do Attitude
* Have a good track record of working in the care sector
* Excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, Clients and their families
* Hold a Level 5 QCF Diploma
