Report to: Inventory Management Manager
Schedule: C-Shift 6PM-6AM
Responsibilities:
Utilizing SAP and PKMS operating systems, performs reconciliation of inventory to support Manufacturing. The primary responsibility will be the reconciliation of inventory ensuring inventory accuracy is accomplished through auditing, research, and coaching.
Tasks:
* Facilitate the end of the job counting and storing of components and the reconciliation of planned orders.
* Coach manufacturing associates on proper methods and procedures to ensure and improve inventory accuracy.
* Stores and issues product as required.
* Participates in other inventory management duties as required.
* Maintains effective communication with the Supervisor, team members, and others.
* Able to research product movements using current operating systems.

Maintains a high level of enthusiasm and leadership in continuous improvement of inventory accuracy with associates at all levels of the business. Associates must be a team player able to work closely with all associates in the attainment of critical business objectives. Must provide support in a continuous operation environment.
Requirements:
* Must have a high school Diploma with an associate degree desired.
* Experience in Structural Foam/Web process and injection molding processes.
* Experienced in Microsoft Office programs.
Standards:
* Facilitate the end of the job counting and storing of components and the reconciliation of planned orders.
* Ensures Mattec, PKMS, SAP inventory match to the planned order.
* Communicates to the appropriate sponsor of shortages and issues.
* Reconciles end of job returning of residual material, maintains accurate inventory level in BF01.
* Communicates inventory adjustments needed to Inventory control specialist.
* Monitor 131 and 261 transactions on jobs being produced.
* Monitor menu transactions for accuracy.
* Monitor BF01 material movements.
* Stores and issues product as required:
* Stores and issues products such as labels, foil, and instruction sheets.
* Manages and maintains label crib.
* Works with manufacturing team leaders on distribution of labels.
* Resolves support issues with Distribution and receiving.
* Leads team efforts to reduce material usage waste.
* Resolves open tasks in PKMS system within 48 hours of onset.
