Key Responsibilities:
Provide admin support to the IT team in building innovative platforms. Document and update procedures, record meeting minutes, and assist with AI tool implementation. Coordinate team activities, including workshop scheduling, training, and event management. Support data management initiatives, ensuring integrity of branch data. Monitor and manage team calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts. Assist with KPI reporting, status updates, and transformation-related presentations. Ensure compliance with operational risk and regulatory standards.
Skills & Experience:
Professional admin experience within financial services. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks. Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), with exposure to data modelling and BI visualization tools. Familiarity with Agile working practices and core banking platforms is a plus.
