A well-established, successful manufacturing company is looking for a 1st Line Help Desk Analyst to join the team based in their offices in Corby. The role offers amazing scope for career development and growth.
As a 1st Line IT Help Desk Analyst reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing necessary IT support to the business. Please note - no experience is required - full training will be provided. Any form of IT qualification would be beneficial, along with a passion for technology.
Key responsibilities on the user side will include:
1. Helping to resolve all IT related issues.
2. Liaising with 3rd party companies to resolve support cases.
3. Setting up and maintaining users’ systems.
4. Assisting with user onboarding and outboarding processes.
5. Maintaining the company's bespoke software (training provided).
6. Updating inventory of all hardware and software.
7. Monitoring the backup status and testing restore points.
8. Managing business Dashboard KPIs.
9. Assisting with the implementation of company IT strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ months of experience in an IT support role and be a self-starter with excellent people and communication skills. You will have prior experience working with Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Client, Server O/S, hardware (PCs/Laptops/Servers/Printers), and knowledge of anti-virus and client protection.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £24,000 per annum + benefits dependent on the level of experience. This role is the perfect opportunity to develop a career in IT.
