Job Description
1. Provide training for new and existing Staff to achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
2. Supporting the Shift Manager to achieve timely and efficient receipt, pallet build, put away and dispatch of stock.
3. Supporting the Shift Manager to achieve efficient receipt and pallet build of returned customer orders to maintain targets.
4. Ensuring optimum levels of stock integrity.
5. Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are maintained.
6. Supporting the Shift Manager to ensure that staffing levels planned to meet required levels of efficiency.
Qualifications
7. Strong communication skills.
8. Customer oriented (internal and external customers).
9. Able to motivate, coach and encourage others to achieve.
10. Able to train and provide ongoing training support for individuals and small groups.
11. Process driven to continually improve ways of working.
12. Strong understanding of operational activity and targets.
