Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £120 - £140 Per day Job Description Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of regular classroom teachers Adhere to the school's curriculum and lesson plans Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Enhanced DBS check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Prior experience working as a teacher in a school setting Experience working with diverse student populations Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of the national curriculum Effective classroom management techniques Strong organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Experience teaching in different key stages Working Conditions: Work primarily during school hours Potential for temporary assignments in different schools Collaborate with school staff and parents/guardians All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
