Role: Utilities Groundworker Location: Birmingham - Various locations throughout Birmingham Contract type: Temporary (Full time) Start date: Feb / March 2025 Duration: Ongoing Pay rate: £18 to £25 per hour dependant on tickets & experience Working hours: 7.30 to 5pm Monday to Friday Fawkes & Reece contact: Claire O'Hagan-Cooper (Northampton office) - (phone number removed)The Groundworker role: As a Utilities Groundworker, you will be have experience working within the utilities sector, specialising in the clean & foul water industry. You would be responsible for utility diversions, disconnecting and connecting new services, raising iron works, remediation's & reinstatement. Essential Requirements for the Utilities Groundworker: Previous experience in a Utilities Groundworker position - minimum 2 years experience IE Severn Trent Water or similar contractor CSCS Card - Preferably NVQ L2 Commitment to providing the highest standards of workmanship and health and safety. Willingness to travel to other sites in and around the local area Hold EUSR Water Hygiene Training card (essential) Hold Location and Avoidance of Underground Services training (Cat & Geny)Desirable Requirements: Plant tickets a benefit including 360, Dumper & Roller.
